Popanyinning mates with a ute load of Country music talent!
Get ready for a country music experience filled with fun when you see Uncle Harolds perform. Their playlist is packed with catchy tunes, creating a lively and easy going atmosphere.
Formed recently by great friends Kevin, Tyson and Lee, these fellas first crossed paths at the Nambung Country Music Festival where they played together as part of a backing band.
They hit it off as musicians and friends through their similar attitude to playing country music, all three believing the music should be fun and not stressful and quickly forged a strong bond.

After talk of maybe putting a band together, they did, when Lee and his family moved down from the Pilbara. It meant they were all closer and could meet up more often to further nurture their musical chemistry.

What you'll see with Uncle Harolds is not only their musical talent but also the genuine friendship of mates who enjoy what they are doing.

Most of us have an Uncle Harold or Bruce, Bob or an Aunty Mary, Rita or someone like that in our lives. You know, those fun relatives we love hanging out with. That's exactly the kind of vibe you can expect when you go see Uncle Harolds. It's all about having a great time!

Pingelly Community Choir

An all-ages choir, opening hearts and uniting the community
There was more than a little bit of magic in the air when Amber Moulton first came to nearby Pingelly and started teaching drama and music.

With more than 40 children joining the first school choir session, it was obvious Amber had found her calling in the community. And it didn't take long for her to receive requests for an all-ages choir.

Choir singing has since become a passion, vocation, and integral part of this community's events and occasions, highlighting the joy and enthusiasm singing together brings to the town's people.

Don't miss this very special opening performance of our 2024 festival!
