Cuby GrooveFest  is putting on a 'glow' and we are looking for fantastic local, regional and metro stallholders to showcase their artisan wares, craft swills, and delicious nosh! 

 

PLEASE NOTE - Local and Regional Vendors will receive first priority. Accepted Stallholders entitled to On-site Camping at VIP prices!

  1. Friday Night Event  - $75+ GST
    *Open to select food and beverage vendors
     

  2. Saturday Market Stall  - $25 + GST
     

  3. Saturday Night Main Event  - $75 + GST
    *Open to select food and beverage vendors
     

  4. Sunday Morning Breakfast - $25 + GST *Supporting Canteen Breakfast at Equestrian Centre
     

  5. WHOLE WEEKEND PACKAGE - $120 + GST

Accommodation is available in the Cuballing township at the Dryandra Equestrian Centre Campground, moments from the market and main event areas.

 

Stallholders are entitled to discounted Camping at Dryandra Equestrian Centre or in the township for up to two people.

​

Cost: $5.00 per person per night

Additional people: $15.00 pp, per night, with paid event tickets.

Market Stallholders Application

If successful, you will be sent an Approval email and invoice for payment. On receipt of payment you will receive a festival Welcome Pack, that includes a site map and bump in//bump out details. Please read our Terms and Conditions below that must be understood and agree to continue with your application.

PLEASE NOTE: No powered sites are available - Generators will be required - permitted for food vans only.
