Camping at Cuby
Camping is offered as part of the Festival Weekend Ticket Price.
Your $130.00 ticket entitles you to a camp site (RV/Caravan OR Tent/Swags) and includes the Friday and Saturday evening events at the Cuballing Recreation Reserve.

Dryandra Regional Equestrian Centre
Darcy St, Cuballing - See map above.
The Dryandra Regional Equestrian Centre is located in the township adjacent to the Cuballing Recreation Centre, connected by two access points.
The site can accommodate up to 380 people with separate camping grounds for RV's and for Tents/Swags.
There are ablutions and limited showers with a disabled toilet and shower.
There is a walkway directly from the equestrian centre to the middle of town and a pathway to the recreation reserve for ticketed events.
NOTE: There are no powered sites - self sufficient camping only.
Cuballing Town Site
Various Locations - See Map above.
There will be limited opportunities for tent/swag and RV camping on various parcels of private land in Cuballing.
These provide easy access to all events.
Ablutions and showers are provided at the Cuballing Recreation Centre at the Oval and at the eastern end of the Oval.
NOTE: There are no powered sites - self sufficient camping only.
Rosedale Farm Estate
Lot 17, 17007 Great Southern Highway, Cuballing
Rosedale Farm is an historic rural property located 2 kms south of the Cuballing.
Rosedale Farm is providing limited camping and glamping on private land.

50 sites will be available accommodating up to 100 people.
​
Take the Railway Reserve Walk into town and take in the tranquility of the bush surrounds.

Cuballing Golf Club
Stratherne Road, Cuballing
The Cuballing Golf Club is located 4 kms north east of the Cuballing townsite with plenty of RV/caravan parking in a peaceful, shady venue. There are limited toilet facilities.
Bus transfers to and from the Friday and Saturday night events on the oval will be available, subject to demand.
NOTE: There are no powered sites - self sufficient camping only.
Free Camping
Yornaning Dam
Lot 17, 17007 Great Southern Highway, Cuballing
The Yornaning Dam is 12 kms north of Cuballing on the Great Southern Highway.
This is a beautifully maintained site that provides a tranquil atmosphere, walking and mountain biking trails and abundant birdlife and wildflowers on the old railway dam.

Enjoy BBQ and toilet facilities and a shaded contemporary playground area for the kids.
Popanyinning Oval
Dowling Street, Popanyninning
The Popanyninning Oval is 22 kms north of Cuballing on the Great Southern Highway.
There is a toilet on site and toilet and shower facilities in the township of Popanyinning.
There is plenty of camping space on the open oval, surrounded by trees and wildflower nature trails.

Grab a tasty treat at the General Store and meander the historic Railway precinct and Heritage Trail.

With 15 secluded caravan sites, fully furnished cabins and a communal kitchen/recreation room, Lazeaway is a great spot from which to enjoy the Cuby GrooveFest. The kids will love the farm animals (horses, ponies, sheep, calves, pigs, chickens and Australia’s oldest wombat) and the whole family can enjoy a wildflower walk or a kayak on the river.
Bus transport to the Cuby GrooveFest will be available by request. Powered sites from $30.00 per night.
Laze Away Holiday Farm & Caravan Park is pet friendly – you can even bring your horse. NOTE: Pets (aside from assistance animals) are NOT permitted at ticketed events.
Dryandra Woodland National Park
This woodland features the largest remnant of native vegetation in the western Wheatbelt. It's a valuable and diverse conservation area with wonderful walking trails and impressive flora & fauna.

Features include a Public Bar, Lounge/Restaurant, Pool Room, Band Room and Beergarden.
