Equine Therapy with Kylie Dowling

The relationship between humans and horses has been sustained for over 6,000 years. These special creatures have been coined 'emotional mirrors' for their capacity to reflect insight and feeback when interacting with us. More recently, they have become key participants in  animal-assisted therapy to improve the mental health of many people around the world.

Interacting with horses can offer a sense of calm, facilitating emotional regulation, and providing an avenue for safe, non-verbal communication. The connection formed offers a potentially powerful, hands-on approach to healing. 

Nature and wellbeing is a core pillar of our community and we are thrilled to bring this all-ages experience to our festival goers.
