Calling all stallholders to showcase their artisan wares, craft swills, and delicious nosh! Muso's, Performers and Crowd-pleasers with the X-Factor - we want you too!
PLEASE NOTE - Local and Regional Vendors will receive first priority. Accepted Stallholders entitled to On-site Camping at VIP prices!
Festival Program
So what's our vision and how do you join in?
Cuby GrooveFest is a celebration of the rural lifestyle, unique surrounds and enduring heritage of the Cuballing Shire. Our festival mission is to engage, entertain, unify and strengthen the fabric of our community through shared experiences of music, creativity, and nature.
We value connection, authenticity, diversity, resilience, innovation, respect, family, fun and friendship.
We have opportunities for Musicians, Stallholders, Displays, Workshops and Roving entertainers - see the Program Outline below. We will be prioritising applications from local/regional individuals / businesses / organisations but we welcome interest from across WA.
If you have a novel idea or suggestion we are all ears!

Accommodation is available in the Cuballing township at the Dryandra Equestrian Centre Campgroud.
Stallholders & Performers* are entitled to discounted Camping at Dryandra Equestrian Centre or in the township for up to two people.
Cost: $5.00 per person per night
Additional people: $15.00 pp, per night, with paid event tickets.
NOTE: *Feature Acts will be provided accommodation.

See below for planned Stallholder and Vendor Sites. Alton Street opposite the Cuballing Hotel will be closed off for the Saturday Makers Market with pedestrian traffic only. The Recreation Reserve is nearby for Friday, Sat & Sun events. Camping is also only moments away at Dryandra Equestrian Park*.

Applications are processed Monday - Friday until 5.00pm.

STALLHOLDERS
If successful, you will be sent an Approval email and invoice for payment. On receipt of payment you will receive a festival Welcome Pack, that includes a site map and bump in//bump out details. Please read our Terms and Conditions below that must be understood and agree to continue with your application.
PLEASE NOTE: No powered sites are available - Generators will be required - permitted for food vans only.
PERFORMERS
If you are invited to perform at the festival, you will be asked to complete and sign a Performer Contract. All of the below Terms and Conditions are part of the Contract and must be understood and agreed to continue with this Application to perform at the Festival.
PLEASE NOTE: The Festival will provide accommodation to out-of-town performers by prior contractual arrangement.
